Subscribers to Harpers Messenger, our printed and
email catalogue of military medals, are entitled to
substantial discounts in the sourcing and reproduction
of photographs. Our charges are as follows:

Photographs are reproduced on quality gloss or matt
paper, where copyright allows and where the source is
retained by Harpers. Where we reproduce photographs from
published sources whose copyright has elapsed, we are
unaware of any extended copyright being held and have
made every effort to ensure the photograph/s are in the
public domain. However, should it be brought to our
attention and this prove not to be the case, we will
keep the indexed record of the photograph on file, but
remove the source from the list of those from which we
are providing image copies.
We offer two payment options.
Paypal: All customers may pay using Paypal, but please
be aware that using this facility includes an additional
3.6% on the total charged and also includes UK VAT at
17.5% on all services. These are Paypal standard charges
and it is not possible to exclude UK VAT charges for
those based outside UK.
The use of this facility for payment of the source
identification service will result in details of the
source being provided immediately. Should you wish us to provide you with a copy
of the photograph identified, you will need to contact
us by email with the details, so that we can check that
Harpers retains the source in-house and that the source
is one of those of which we are unaware that we may be
breaking copyright.
Sterling Cheque: All customers may pay by sterling
cheque or draft. Where customers are subscribers to
Harpers Messenger, this is the only way to pay to take
advantage of the discounts noted above. Source
identification will be provided by email or by post,
according to customer specification. Please allow seven
days for cheque clearance and receipt of details. At
this stage we will notify you whether Harpers retains
the source in-house and whether the source is one of
those of which we are unaware that we may be breaking
copyright.
